How long does it take to print envelopes?

We would expect print your order within 5 working days of your approval of a proof.

What kind of artwork will you accept?

We  Accept Artwork by e-mail, in pdf, Format is the safest way to send us your artwork files ,

We also have a fully equipped studio that can set up your artwork if you wish, prices start from £10.00

But typically a full design would cost around £25.00, depending on changes made.

Can I supply my own envelopes?

Of course. Please call us for our overprinting prices.

What’s the difference between a Wallet and a Pocket?

A wallet has the flap on the long edge of the envelope. All our gummed wallets are suitable for mechanised mailing machines.
A pocket has the flap on the short edge of the envelope. Our Pockets are either self seal or peal and seal.

How long does self seal last before it dries up?

Manufacturers only guarantee the latex for six months. As long as the envelopes are stored in a dry place without heat extremities they should last for at least a year. Peal & Seal has an extended shelf life.

Are there any limits to what I can print on an envelope?

A few simple rules to follow:
1. Avoid printing near the window
2. On four colour jobs leave a 10mm grip edge along the top at the envelope.
3. If there is heavy coverage of the copy bleeds of the edge there will be an extra charge.

How do I pay?

On receipt of you order and artwork we will prepare a pro forma invoice. When we have received your  payment we will proceed with your order.

We  Accept Credit and Debit cards ,Payments can be made via Paypal ,but are subject to a 6% charge,

Cheques Are also accepted.
